Terms of Service
Metammen is an e-commerce technology provider. We supply checkout software and logistics tracking dashboards. Metammen does not hold, transfer, or manage user funds. All financial transactions are executed securely by licensed, third-party payment gateways. For compliance inquiries, contact compliance@metammen.com.
Acceptable Use & Fraud Prevention
Metammen maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud and illegal activity. Product listings and transactions are continuously monitored. Selling chosen products must follow our rules, regulations, and compliance policies. We actively check for and prohibit unacceptable or prohibited products. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
Refund & Return Policy
Our software facilitates an order status window of 48 hours post-delivery. Once this 48-hour window expires without a dispute, the transaction is marked as finalized on our platform. Metammen bears no liability or involvement in subsequent returns. Any further return rights under Egyptian consumer protection laws must be handled directly between the buyer and the merchant, entirely outside of our software.
Privacy & Data Security
Personal data is processed strictly for order tracking purposes. We do not store credit card data; all financial information is fully encrypted and processed by licensed, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
